At Millé Supergrain, we take pride in the quality of our nutrient-dense products; however, due to the perishable nature of our food items, we only accept returns for products that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please ensure you contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for any quality concerns.

Return Process

    Our quality assurance team will review your request and the provided images to verify the eligibility for a replacement or refund.

    If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or, in some cases, ask you to safely dispose of the item.
